5 – Passion fruit
Passion fruit is a tropical fruit that grows on vines. It’s high in vitamin C and antioxidants, and it has a good amount of fiber. The high fiber content may help lower cholesterol levels and keep your digestive system healthy.
The seeds inside the passion fruit are edible, but they’re not very tasty! Instead, you should eat the pulp surrounding them—it tastes like a sweet-and-sour mixture of pineapple and citrus fruits.
